As the Internal Communications Coordinator, I acted as the connection between the agency’s creative direction and its digital presence. I helped shape how our work was communicated online, ensuring that internal strategy translated seamlessly into external storytelling. My responsibilities spanned platform-specific strategy, campaign planning, content creation, and scheduling. I worked to develop consistent, engaging messaging that aligned with brand voice and audience expectations across each channel.
Due to the success of this role, I was entrusted with managing and creating social media for additional clients where I managed the full content pipeline independently. I created original ideas, designed supporting visuals, wrote copy, and handled scheduling. This end-to-end ownership allowed me to lead with both creativity and strategy at every stage.
