I developed and executed SMS marketing campaigns for STIHL USA, using targeted text messages to deliver updates, promotional offers, and shipping notifications directly to customers and prospects. This direct marketing strategy supported both timely communication and stronger customer engagement.

Reaching nearly 30,000 users, these campaigns drove thousands of purchases and played a key role in boosting conversions. In addition to supporting short-term promotions, the messages helped build long-term customer relationships by keeping users consistently informed and connected to the brand.
